…of friends, athletes, fellow adventure seekers and mountain junkies. Each one of us, from athlete to coach, has one common joy, the thrill of the mountain sports. Whether it’s hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, climbing, rapelling, or whatever draws you to the great outdoors, we all have that same drive. That energy and excitement is wild within our walls, we get to leave all other stresses and pressures of life at the door and we enter into a place of comaraderie, high fives, respect, laughter and progression. Enjoying the mountains the way we all want, means keeping our bodies in the best physical shape possible – sometimes that means recovery, rehab or training. We are here for all of it.
WHAT WE OFFER

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
Do you work best in a group setting? Sometimes, it helps to feel the community vibe, have the confidence of peers around you and just have a great time while you work out.
Often in these settings, it’s such a great vibe, that you forget you’re working out. In these classes, we combine strength with cardio in a guided workout. We use dumbbells, barbells, cardio machines, kettle bells and natural body weight. If you’re looking for a good sweat and great workout, but don’t have a target fitness goal for an event or sport in mind, this setting is perfect.

100 YEAR ATHLETE MOBILITY CLASS
Everything you need to make your joints feel good.
If your hips, back, knees, or shoulders hurt from doing the sports you love most, it’s time to do 100YA Mobility. If you can imagine a yoga-Pilates-bar-stretch-rehab-prehab-bodyweight mashup class that is scientifically backed, that is almost 100YA Mobility. It will make your joints healthier and stronger while increasing your usable range of motion.

100 YEAR ATHLETE CLASS
100 Year Athlete was inspired by aging mountain athletes who lost years of quality recreation to preventable injuries and unsustainable training habits. Informed by the latest research on human health and sports performance, we developed a longevity-based fitness program for all forms of adventure and sport.
For over seven years, we’ve tested 100 Year Athlete with athletes between ages 35 and 80+ who put significantly more strain on their bodies than the average person. They include extreme skiers and snowboarders, mountain bikers, trail runners, rock climbers, triathletes, golfers, and pickleballers.

100 Year Athlete offers joint health assessments, custom mobility routines, nutrition plans, and more to fine-tune the program to your goals.
YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Youth Athletic Development athletes train in groups of 3-4, ensuring a strong balance of camaraderie and 1:1 feedback. We can pair your child with a group, or we can form a new group for your child and their teammates or friends. No prior fitness experience is required. We teach proper lifting technique and gym etiquette.
We encourage groups to train 2x/week. Sessions emphasize mobility, strength, speed + power. In-season, we ensure that athletes have the energy to perform their best on the mountain, court, or field. Out of season, we ramp up training to make bigger gains.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Looking for one-on-one coaching with a trained expert? Are you coming off an injury? Is your story is “I’ve done everything & nothing’s worked", then this is your place.
We have the most professional trainers in Park City. Our coaches will start with an assessment to determine what is or is not functioning, whether it’s nervous system, connective tissue, joint space or muscular tissue. We build a program to facilitate healthy joints. When the joints are working the way they should & the nervous system is communicating effectively with all the parts of your body, then everything works better. Our programs are built custom to each individual and target your specific needs.

100 YEAR ATHLETE
100 Year Athlete (100YA) is a fitness program and community for mountain sports athletes ages 35 to 100+ who want to send it into their golden years. It is the first program in Park City designed to optimize for longevity first and performance second. Grounded in over 30 years of combined experience and research by Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Andy Galpin, and others, 100 YA is designed to support a lifetime of outdoor adventures.
